Our Group Fitness Studio is fully equipped with everything you need to participate in the classes. The flooring is a high suspension 'floating' hardwood floor with a layer of air between to absorb impact, offering plenty of support to your joints.

FREE Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Zumba - This cardio workout combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. Zumba is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind. Please make sure you attend the class that is appropriate for you level of training. Beg.: This low intensity class will show you step by step how to perform all the Zumba moves with proper form and technique. Int: This class will be a high energy calorie burning workout. Dancing to the best Zumba moves and rhythms to get you to tone and sculpt your body while you're having fun! Beg/Int: This class is the next level of progression and a challenge for those that have a familiarity with Zumba NOTE: participants must pick up a Zumba number from the front desk for admittance into class. Numbers cannot be picked up any more than 15min before the start of class. Class is limited to 25.
Cardio Blast - Forget the treadmill! Pump the hour away with this fusion of different styles of cardio exercise and dance. You’ll have a BLAST! All levels welcome.
Group Cycling - Whether you are an athlete training for a race or just interested in a fun, low impact way to reach your fitness goals, this class is for you. You can ride at your pace, within your own personal space. No fancy coordination necessary! Join us for a great cardiovascular and lower body strength workout. All levels welcome Beginners: please arrive 10 minutes prior to your 1st class start time to get assistance from the Instructor in setting up your bike.
Fitness Fusion - If you are looking for a balanced cardiovascular and strength workout, this class is for you. It is designed with approximately 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of total body strength training and 20 minutes of core strengthening and balance work. Depending on the Instructor, the cardio portion could be anything from step aerobics or kickboxing to different forms of cardio dance. All levels welcome. NOTE: participants must pick up a Fusion number from the front desk for admittance into class.
Pilates - The Pilates method strengthens the muscles that support the spine (the neck, shoulders, abdominal muscles, hips and thighs) to bring balance into the body. Most body aches and pains are due to muscular imbalance. Pilates helps to realign the spine in order to decrease tension, increase flexibility and strengthen the body from the inside out. Our classes are separated into levels. Please be sure to attend the level that best fits your ability & knowledge.
Yoga - Make that mind-body connection in this Hindu discipline. Yoga is aimed at training the consciousness for a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility. A system of exercises will be practiced as part of this discipline to promote control of the body and mind and increase flexibility and overall strength. All levels welcome. Yoga I: Beginners Yoga II: Intermediate/Advanced. Gentle: Intro to Yoga, including gentle stretching to increase flexibility and range of motion.
Butts, Guts & Legs - Join us in this 45-minute intensive core, butt & leg workout. You will do a variety of floor exercises focusing on those areas. All levels welcome. You’ll be amazed at how strong you can become if you stick to it!
AOA Fit - A total body fitness class for active older adults looking to build strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. This class is upbeat. We do not use chairs here at Fitness One. You will be movin’ and groovin’ with Jocelyn for good overall fitness & fun!
Sculpting Classes - This is your ultimate total body strength workout. You will pump the class away using various resistance and strength equipment, building a stronger and leaner you! Muscles are beautiful! All levels welcome.
Step - Join Eva for heart pumping aerobic activity. Step class involves stepping onto a platform while simultaneously performing upper-body movements. Our steps can be adjusted for the beginner as well as the advanced student. Basic coordination is a plus.
Butts & Guts - Jocelyn will take participants through 45 minutes of strengthening and toning with emphasis on the gluteus and abdominal muscles. Time to tighten!
Core & More - Challenge your body and increase your strength and endurance with this creative workout. Using mini-circuits and a variety of resistance equipment, redefine your body with continuous movement. The workout finishes with functional core work and a relaxing cool down stretch.
SilverSneakers® - Muscular Strength & Range of Movement Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. ® SilverSneakers is a registered mark of Healthways Health Support, Inc.
Jon's Running Club - All running levels welcome, distances vary from 3 miles and up. Endurance running, intervals and speed work.
Dance Fusion: Olga will incorporate a variety of dance moves ranging from Latin to hip-hop and everything in between. Start the weekend off with an energetic, fun, calorie burning dance party!
Cardio Core - This class will focus on strengthening the core while participating in heart pumping aerobic exercises. Build a stronger, leaner core while burning calories and having fun!
Kickboxing - A choreographed kickboxing format that will have you movin’ and groovin’ to high energy, fast paced music. You will never have so much fun getting into fighting shape!
