What is Boot Camp Challenge?
Boot Camp Challenge is a group training program created for all levels of fitness. The program includes assessments at the beginning and end of the program. These assessments are given for two reasons:
1.To create a baseline so you can measure your results.
2.So the trainer can assess your level of fitness.
The assessments include body composition, body measurements, 1-mile run/walk, timed push-ups and sit-ups. We also include nutrition. We will provide the participant the number of calories, carbohydrates, proteins and fats they need on a daily basis to reach their goal weight as well as the resources to journal their food.
All other classes will consist of challenging, effective workouts that will help participants achieve their health and fitness goals. Participants will meet for 6 weeks, 3 times a week for 60min at the location they sign-up for.
Boot camp challenge will give participants the tools to be successful at reaching their short-term and long-term goals. Quick fixes don’t last & are not beneficial for successful, positive lifestyle changes. Get fit the healthy way!
Who is it for?
This program is meant to help create lifestyle changes that will improve the health and well-being of the participants. It is a nationally licensed program that has a 100% success rate. If you are looking to feel better, look better, get healthier and improve your overall wellness in a fun motivating setting, this program is for you!
What does it cost?
F.O. Members: $220 for the full 6 week/18 session program. This includes all assessments and workouts. That’s only $12.22 a session! $20 off for repeaters.
Nonmembers: $250 for the full 6 week/18 session program. This includes all assessments and workouts and full access to Fitness One during the 6 week program. $20 off for repeaters.
